Vogue France spoke with yoga instructor, model, and influencer Anja Winkelmann about her experience with Dior Beauty. The Dior Spa Cheval Blanc cruise, which is located on a boat on the Seine, has captivated the city. "As soon as you go on the boat, you feel calmer, cut off from the rest of the world." Inside, it's like a cocoon; you want to curl up in a sofa and spend the entire day there... Particularly when the boat is sailing! We're in the heart of Paris, but a thousand miles away from everyday life.
YOGA CLASS ON BOARD
"When we practice on water, we feel entirely connected to the environment. The fact that the movements are accompanied with navigation makes the final posture much more pleasant. Being on the water during balance poses might present a problem because the anchoring is not the same as on dry land. I tried a head stand to see what the difference was, and it is a big challenge!"

"The Prestige make-up removal balm is my favourite. It is very enchanting as a treatment, with its creamy texture and lovely aroma. I especially like the rose micro-oil for the eye contour, which has a massage side with its ergonomic applicator.
In terms of make-up, my must-have is the Dior Lip Glow; I must have ten of these. I really like the DiorShow mascara, which has a brush that envelops each lash and a consistency that doesn't transfer to the eyelids.
To conclude, Miss Dior has been my go-to perfume since I was a teenager. My first thought when I arrive at an airport: Find a bottle!"
I do it frequently because I enjoy it; it's my small bit of relaxation. I always take my mother to FaceSculpt because she enjoys it. They perform genuine muscular work: facial gymnastics. I've previously taken a face yoga masterclass and practise it at home. I also like Phytomer treatments since they help me and have a nice massage style."
ANJA’S FITNESS ROUTINE
“I always start with 20 minutes of breathing to wake up respiratory functions, heart rate, circulate energy and circulate energy. I often start with the crown chakra, ending with the root chakra. Daily, I do a lot of hatha which is a precise sequence of postures. I work the positions meticulously, with in-depth work on the organs and endocrine glands.”
“Even as a teenager, I never ate breakfast. My appetite usually comes at around 11 a.m. I'm addicted to acai bowls after class. When I know I'm going to have a busy day, I stock up on energising foods like chia pudding, which is high in protein and omega 3. In the morning, I like to drink hot water with lemon or celery juice. I can definitely tell the difference in my skin and body.”
