Carolina’s background ranges from account manager to collaborating as an interviewer for Vanity Fair Italia. Now, she runs Talkin Pills, an Instagram account targeting students and early graduates, giving them advice on work dynamics and career paths. To sum it up, there’s nothing Carolina can’t do. She never really had a dream job – she’s always been very flexible and attracted to so many different things. One thing she swears by is the power of words and communication.

On starting Talkin Pills, “It’s been an extremely natural process. I started by speaking to professionals and talking about their career paths through IG lives. It then escalated quickly into a 360-degree project with a deep dive in the world of digital jobs and education.”

Her dream dinner guest would be Whitney Wolfe. “I admire her in so many aspects. The way she rose from a toxic workplace to become a strong leader and to be the first under 30 self-made billionaire is extremely inspirational to me and many other young female entrepreneurs.”

Carolina is currently reading Plato’s Republic. “I’ve been taking Philosophy lessons since the first lockdown. I didn’t have the chance to study the subject in high school. I thought this would be a great time to start!”

For Talkin Pills, Carolina is currently working with ioDonna on a collaboration. They will be speaking about women and work, giving detailed information about gender pay gaps, and hopefully advising young women on future possibilities.
