A Milan-based graduate of Political Science and History, Doina Ciobanu has gained broad recognition as an influencer, creative director, and sustainability thought leader. Labeled twice by Harper’s Bazaar as being amongst fashion's most influential icons, and recognized thrice over for Best Personal Style by Elle magazine, Doina uses her platforms to not only highlight her style but also shine a light on the positive, sustainable changes which the fashion industry can make. This blend of content creation and messaging has seen Doina garner attention from many elite trades, including Vogue, Forbes, The Guardian, and The Times. Recently appointed as Wolford’s sustainability consultant, Doina’s skillset has also enabled her to speak at conferences, including Google’s Startup Grind, the UN Circular Fashion Summit, and Web Summit. Separately, she has worked and consulted on the development of multiple sustainable products, such as four sustainable jewelry and handbag collections. Recently Doina has been pursuing a passion for filmmaking and directing, implementing these skills into her existing campaign production and art direction for the brands with whom she works both in front of and behind the camera.
